Sunset Golf urbanisation is located within the La Resina Golf and country club complex in Estepona, Spain.
The course has 9 holes, par 3 and 4 and offers both Amateurs and Professionals an entertaining round. It was constructed in 2005, is 1800m long and the groundsmen have kept the course to high standard. The course has magnificent landscaping and leads through lakes and tropical gardens. It is considered one the best 9 holes on the Costa del Sol.
The apartment is located just outside Estepona which is a beautiful Spanish town about ten minutes from Marbella. You can fly to Malaga (50 minute drive) or Gibraltar (30 minute drive).
The apartment has two bedrooms - one super king and one twin - and they each have their own wardrobe with drawers, dressing table and bathroom. The super king has a bath with shower over it and double sinks. The twin bedroom has a shower room.
There are two terraces - one off the main living area which has comfy seating and a table and chairs. The second large terrace has 4 sun loungers and is accessed by an internal staircase. It has panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine.
There is a cosy lounge / diner and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy sitting out in the warm Spanish climate on the terrace or up on the solarium taking in the mountain and sea views.
The Sunset Golf apartments sit at the top of a hill, but with only a 5-10 minute drive to the nearest beach. The complex has a lovely communal swimming pool with sun loungers, and there is underground private parking with a lift that takes you straight to the apartment.
